I've packed my bags, I'm ready to go. Got rid of all my belongings. Sending Mccoy off to a friend's place. And taking a year off of work. Imagine this as Retirement 1.0 -- Living and Learning.

Tore my left lateral meniscus on the streets of Hong Kong. But with the marvels of HK's private health care, I got that fixed plus my ACL rebuilt. But a bit of a stressful time.

2009.04.01 P90X
Decide. Commit. Succeed. That's the motto that comes up every time I put in a P90X dvd. It's going to be 90 days of really hard work (i.e. Hell), but I know it'll all pay off in the end. Wish me luck!

2008.10.04 Indochina Beckons
Taking a trip through Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. All I'll bring with me is my backpack and a litre of vaccinations running through my viens. Temples and rice patties, here I come!

This will be a huge change in my life. When this is over, I am going to throw my glasses into the lake.
